Note:if the BT remote stuck on the pair screen can not enter the UI,you can use a computer mouse or an air mouse to conect to the tv stick and then clik right key or the back key,it will enter the UI screen.and then you do the factory reset, click settings--device perference--reset.after factory reset, restart the tv stick again,it will enter the remote pair screen again,press and hold the remote's right and left keys for about 10 seconds until the red light stops flashing,it will pair again.
